072208_Philadelphia_PA_Joseph Vignola Jr. (right) son of former Philadelphia City Councilman and City Controller Joseph Vignola (left) run along 16th St. toward Arch St. as they attempt to flee the Criminal Justice Center on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 without being photographed. Joseph Vignola Jr. was in court today, July 22, 2008 facing charges of alleged rape and attempted murder. He is accused of trying to kill a young woman at a City Ave motel near Belmont Ave on May 28, 2008. The reason that the two are running is because they did not want to be photographed. Normally people walkout the front door but for some reason these two were allowed out the back. So I had to chase them down. Sometimes this helps make a better picture. The young man is innocent until proven guilty and his trial has not taken place. ALEJANDRO A. ALVAREZ / PHILADELPHIA DAILY NEWS
