Officer McDonald is promoted to Sergeant

101008_PHILADELPHIA, PA_The Philadelphia Police Department held is promotion ceremony in the Mayors Reception Room inside Philadelphia City Hall on Friday morning, October 10, 2008. The late highway patrol officer Patrick McDonald was promoted to the rank of sergeant by the mayor and police commissioner. Pictured holding the image of fallen officer Patrick McDonald is Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey.
