Ms. Kamuvaka is the director of the MultiEthnic Behavior Health. She along with several others from MEBH and Department of Human Services were indicted by the district attorneys office for the alleged neglect and death of Danieal Kelly, a 14 year old Philadelphia teen with cerebral palsy. A grand jury found many people negligent causing the death of young Philadelphia teen. Ms. Kamuvaka and colleagues are innocent until proven guilty. The trial has not yet started.
